Job Description

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
Help create and update onboarding materials and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are properly integrated into the company.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help develop and distribute training materials Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Help manage HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Support the maintenance of compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating performance review processes.
Help collect and analyze performance data.
  • Support managers and employees with performance-related inquiries.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
