We seek a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in Human Resources.
Job Overview:
The HR Intern will assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. This role provides a valuable opportunity to develop essential HR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding:- Prepare onboarding materials and assist in new hire orientation.
Ensure completion of required documentation and training.Employee Records:
Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
Support planning and execution of employee activities and events.- Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
Administrative Support:- Perform data entry, filing, and manage correspondence.
Schedule meetings and assist with agendas and minutes.
Qualifications:Education:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
