Job Description: HR Intern (Recruitment & B2B)

**Position:** HR Intern

**Location:** Sohna, Gurgaon

**Duration:** 2/3 months

**Reports To:** HR Manager

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts and assist with B2B initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment:**

- Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.

- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assessments.

- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.

- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events.

**B2B Support:**

- Research potential business partners and market trends.

- Assist in preparing materials for B2B presentations and meetings.

- Support the development of outreach strategies and communication plans.

- Maintain and update the B2B contact database.

- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives aimed at business clients.

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
