Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern at DIGIT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our collaboration with IT companies to facilitate candidate placements. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in HR and recruitment while making a meaningful impact on our talent acquisition efforts.
Candidate Placement Coordination:
Collaborate with our team to identify potential candidates suitable for placement opportunities.
Assist in maintaining a database of qualified candidates and their skill sets.
Connecting with IT Companies:
Reach out to multiple IT companies to explore placement opportunities for our candidates.
Initiate and maintain relationships with HR representatives of these companies.
Opportunity Sourcing:
Research and identify IT job openings that align with our candidates profiles.
Coordinate with internal teams to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Communication and Negotiation:
Communicate effectively with company HR teams to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Negotiate and facilitate the placement of candidates in suitable roles.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of communications and placement progress.
Prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
