Responsibilities:
- Employee Wellness:
- Contribute to planning and execution of wellness activities.
- Assist in organizing physical and virtual engagement programs.
- Plan and execute company-wide and departmental engagement sessions every week .
- Plan out celebration of special occasions to enhance team collaboration.
- Learning & Development:
- Assist in conducting skill gap analysis.
- Support coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Regular checks with employees on progress
- Create report on progress of employees
- Collect & collate feedback continuously
- Feedback and Communication:
- Establish channels for employee feedback.
- Assist in communicating relevant information to employees.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Support in the collection and analysis of data related to engagement, learning progress, and wellness.
- Contribute to creating concise reports summarizing key insights.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Propose ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in employee engagement & L&D will be prioritized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Eagerness to take up multiple tasks, learn and contribute to the HR department.
- Interest in employee engagement, learning & development, and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
