OVERVIEW
To manage end to end the implementation of a new HRIS system in India. Managing the project team and the supplier, working with senior stakeholders, you will prepare us for and take our business through the technology changes and support our colleagues in adapting new and updated processes and services to accommodate the transformation.
You will ensure the project delivers against the plan you created and against the cost and quality.
This role will manage a large stakeholder group across the organization and must be able to influence outcomes at all levels.
You will act as the key interface between the colleagues and IT functions ensuring all interests and requirements are successfully connected and managed to deliver the HRIS outcomes.
You will take the lead role in the management of the supplier for the design, setup, build, configuration and deployment of our HRIS capabilities and offer support and guidance to colleagues sharing best practices and technologies across India.
This project aims to deliver transformative improvements in HR processes as operated by the Business, HR and Payroll functions and requires a driving role of the HRIS program manager to achieve these.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
- Own the HRIS implementation, working closely with the key stakeholders and functions to optimize the technology deployment and alignment with Data and Processes
- Ensure alignment to business goals for both the region and wider group
- Establish and manage close relationships with stakeholders, business process owners and senior management team
- Establish and effectively manage relationships with the supplier(s)
- Working with the Finance D365 F&O Project Manager and the PMO to ensure the HRIS project delivers through the common governance model and consistent standards. Maintain and develop monthly reporting status.
- Working with the Regional IT Security Lead ensuring the solution meets with the Group's Information Security standards and Integration Partner(s) are also aligned to this.
- Own the management of the expenditure and budgets in line with Group and Regional objectives.
- Align the HRIS to the business operating model and work with the Group Enterprise Architect in the mapping of business capabilities to business processes to the supporting ERP platforms.
- Own and manage the risk register and work with the Director of Programs and Change to ensure the appropriate mitigation plans and actions are in place.
- Plan and manage the delivery of project to a timeline with milestones
- Initiate and maintain project plans ensuring that all the details are accurate and up to date
- Ensure success criteria are defined upfront
- Put in place mechanisms for managing expectations and ensure control of project
- Maintain all project documentation
- Manage the performance of your project resources and team
- Work closely with all Stakeholders at the conception stage to identify opportunities, risks and issues
- Engage with the service provider managers to ensure project is performed to standard by our service providers
- Ensure that project is impact assessed and approved by operations
- Liaise with the operations team in the delivery of the project, identify and address risks
- Contribute to the overall risk management process and identify risks specific to project

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Necessary
- Industry-recognized certifications and relevant industry experience such as Prince II, Agile, and MSP.
- Evidence of ongoing learning ability is essential.
Desirable
- Educated to Degree level.
- FM experience considered a strong benefit.
- In-depth analytical skills, strong communication and good report writing & presentation skills.
- At least 10 years working experience in ERP / HRIS project delivery with 5+ years at leadership level preferably with international business exposure.
- Experience in HR processes: HR management, recruitment, payroll, performance management, absence management.
- Delivery of major HRIS projects
- A broad understanding of IT technologies (applications, infrastructure and information security) and how these underpin critical business processes.
- Management of 3rd party IT solution and Outsourced solution providers and vendors.
- Management of business relationship communication at all levels of the organisation and experienced in supporting external customers
