Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA and a passion for managing and developing our most important assetour people.
Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and managing conflict resolution.
- Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs to help employees grow and advance in their careers.
Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy.
Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support the company's goals.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field is required.
Experience: 2-3 years Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
