- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the open positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for all available positions.- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
