As an HR Fresher, you will provide support to the HR department in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in human resources and develop a foundational understanding of HR practices.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in Recruitment: Help with sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct initial orientation sessions and help new hires acclimate to the company environment.
3. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Manage and organize employee files, documents, and compliance records.
4. Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in administering employee surveys and gathering feedback.
5. General HR Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
