Job Description:Source potential candidates through job portals, placement consultants, and the company careers page.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing entire employee life cycle.
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews (Telephonic interviews, collecting and verifying basic information etc..)
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Taking care of joining formalities, documentation and Onboarding process. Providing a great onboarding experience to New Joiners.
- Introduction Training Process of newly joined candidates.
- Must be a clear communicator & Conduct orientation of new employees with company Policies.
- Ensure that all the employees comply with the company policies.
- Managing & updating the centralized data related to Employee's lifecycle & proper record-keeping of employee information.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Responding to employee's inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Manage work culture, a pleasant environment, and an ideal atmosphere.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hassle-free communication channel.
- Implement performance review procedures.
- Conduct exit formalities with a smooth transition.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
