  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.

  • Support employees in enhancing their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success.

  • Develop and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company values.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
