Job Description: Selected candidate's responsibilities include:
- Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Drafting HR SOP & Policies
- Developing training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
- Creating and updating compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
- Handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
- Ensuring all employment practices comply as per established SOPs
- Administration Work
- Payroll Management
Skill(s) required:
- Knowledge about HR Norms
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- A thorough understanding of the rules and legislation governing employment- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to assign responsibilities to others as required and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge about PF and ESI
