Job Description: HR cum admin ExecutiveThe HR Executive at Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners plays a vital role in ensuring that our institution is staffed with the right talent and that our employees are supported, engaged, and motivated. You will be responsible for various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policies. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment that aligns with our core values.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following: -
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts when necessary.
- 3. HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with the organization's values and ethics.
- 4. Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, both electronic and physical.
Generate HR reports as needed for management.
- 6. Administrative Functions:
Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Assist with event planning, both on and off-campus.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and update student records and other confidential data.
Assist in financial record-keeping and budget management.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Atleast 3 years of work experience in a similar profile
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A friendly and professional demeanour, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using office software and office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Sensitivity to the diverse needs of learners and their families.
Respect for confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Salary: 15000/month 50000/month depending on the level of expertise and experience.
