Job Summary: -
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their HR skills and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in an HR role or related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: -
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources.
