Job Description
- Proven experience as HR consultant
- Assist in the development and integration of policies and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Must have a solid experience in Head Hunting, Negotiation and Onboarding.
- Experience in Working with a IT Start Up is meritorious.
- Working closely with the client for new upcoming requirements.
- Visiting client on regular basis for understanding the requirement flow.
