We are seeking a skilled HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Operational Support: Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, and provide support in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
Candidate and Employee Experience
: Facilitate a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback, and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive work environment.Data Management and Reporting
: Maintain accurate HR records, analyze recruitment and operational data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
