Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Posting and advertising job openings on relevant platforms
Conducting initial phone/video screenings with applicants
Managing the hiring process from start to finish
Coordinating with hiring managers to determine needs
Making job offers and negotiating salaries
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job board/portals etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
Pre-employment screening and supervising new employee onboarding and documentation.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
