Roles & Responsibilities: - Create JDs and source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
Take interviews, screen resumes and applications for multiple job roles- Do onboarding and training of new joiners
Design and conduct employee engagement activities
- Document multiple policies and build HRMS software tools
Define and analyses metrics and KPIs to efficiently track progress
