### *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Recruitment Onboarding:*
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- *Employee Relations Performance Management:*
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support the performance review process, including providing guidance on goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- *HR Compliance Reporting:*
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management.
- *Payroll Benefits Administration:*
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee pay and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- *Collaboration with Finance on Invoice Processing:*
- Work closely with the Chartered Accountant (CA) or accountant to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related invoices, such as recruitment agency fees, employee reimbursements, and benefits invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval workflows for all HR-related financial transactions.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- *Training Development:*
- Support the implementation of employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or related HR functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance and accounting.
