Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner (Level 7) at Workassist located in Mumbai. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. You will also handle labor and employment law compliance and provide strategic HR support to the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret HR data
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
