Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner (Level 7). The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and performance management. They will play a crucial role in supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving the overall HR strategy of the organization. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles
• Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with labor and employment laws and regulations
• Experience in performance management and talent development

Relevant skills and qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools
• Professional certification in HR or related field is a plus
