Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner (Level 7) at Workassist. The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR policies, human resources, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and providing support in all areas of HR management in order to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR policies and labor and employment law
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
