Execute and adapt - in collaboration with senior leaders - the people strategy and HR initiatives for the school.- Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, manpower planning, recruiting and hiring, delivery of HR initiatives, talent management, performance review & compensation & benefits according to school and company guidelines.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Review HR policies and processes to provide continuous improvement to the organization.
Take accountability for and facilitate resolution of employee discipline and grievance cases and consult with Business / Legal as appropriate.- Ensure all working permits for expatriate employees are processed.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations, tax and reporting requirements.
- Support organizational changes and ensure all change initiatives are implemented.
