Responsibilities:
End to end Compensation & Benefits ownership, including, Payroll management, fixed & variable components.
HRMS implementation & management While prior experience of HRMS implementation is preferred, even
without the absence of it, must have great enthusiasm for technology implementation.
Ownership of Policy design, implementation & execution. Policy includes POSH, Leave & attendance, Code of
Conduct, office etiquettes, Travel, etc.
Performance Management ownership includes One on One, salary increments, rewards and recognition for
high performing culture.
Play the role of Center of Excellence for all Employee Relations matters. That includes all Grievances, Redressal,
Warning, Advisory & other letter issuance. Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures
and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Culture Management Policy & System design is meant for making base for organization to level up. Should
have worked in cultural nuances of an organization.
High level employee engagement + low hanging employee engagement such as Topicals & Festivals
celebrations, time to time. Any prior experience in Wellness, D,E & I will be preferred too.
Strengthen Internal Communications, must have experience in managing employee town-halls, sending
circulars, etc.
Managing employee listening and supporting in business decks, etc. Should be great with creating decks &
pitches.
Act as the Center of Excellence for the Employee Engagement & Experience.
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Special projects, from time to time, depend upon organization business requirements.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
8-10 (or more) years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering.
3-5 (or more) years of experience in team management & driving high performance.
Designing ESOPs experience preferred.
MBA in HR preferred, learning agility a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Budget-management skills and financial acumen in HR preferred
