Caring out Recruitment activities which includes listing on platforms, scheduling for interviews and taking interviews- Resource mapping and Backup Recruitment Strategy
Plan and conduct monthly KRA- KPI
- Plan and conduct Fun & learning sessions
Carrying out New member Onboarding and Training Procedures- Setting up and managing Appraisals
Being in touch with the management for Resource Feedback and future plans.
- Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, rsums, and applicant logs, JDs
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed- Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions
Preparing and maintaining JDs for the roles and responsibilities
- Grievance handling for all the members of the company
Issuing employment, vendor contracts and verifying completion.- Explaining employee benefits.
Responding to HR-related queries within the company
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Assisting with the distribution of training material- Taking part in PR relations and activities of the Company on various platforms

Pay: 12,- 00 - 18,000.00 per month
