Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Human Resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by managing various HR activities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
- Experience in non-IT recruitment, blue-collar hiring, and bulk hiring is preferred
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Kannada language is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand hiring needs
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits administration, including leave management and employee welfare programs
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function
