Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Human Resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by managing various HR activities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Experience in non-IT recruitment, blue-collar hiring, and bulk hiring is preferred
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Kannada language is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for various roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand hiring needs
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including leave management and employee welfare programs
  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function
