Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Human Resource professional to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Human Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management.
Qualifications And Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in blue-collar hiring and bulk hiring.
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR activities.
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Kannada language.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in non-IT recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
