Role Overview
We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Manager to join our team in Mohali District for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation to design, execute, and analyze inbound strategies. This role blends technical proficiency in HubSpot with creative and strategic marketing skills to attract, engage, and retain customers effectively.
Key Responsibility:
HubSpot Management:
- Configure and oversee all aspects of the HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM integrations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring performance metrics.
Inbound Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute inbound campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Optimize the customer journey with compelling, conversion-oriented content.
Content Management:
- Partner with content teams to create engaging blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and other lead-generation materials.
- Leverage HubSpot's SEO optimization tools to enhance content visibility and rankings.
Campaign Execution & Analytics:
- Plan and manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Segment and maintain customer lists for personalized outreach.
- Align marketing automation efforts with sales workflows for seamless lead nurturing.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Train and support team members in using HubSpot tools and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- HubSpot certification in Inbound Marketing or Marketing Automation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on HubSpot.
