Your Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Serve as the primary liaison for client requirements.
- Prompt communication with clients through designated channels.
- Provide strategic HubSpot consultations, including initiating calls, conducting working sessions, training, tracking progress, and managing offboarding.
- Maintain records of meetings and formulate actionable plans.
Strategic Planning:
- Formulate long-term strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with clients.
- Tailor strategic approaches to meet client Revenue Operations objectives within HubSpot.
- Record strategies for replication and adherence.
Technical Expertise:
- Troubleshoot strategic HubSpot issues.
- Implement HubSpot solutions.
- Educate clients on practical HubSpot usage.
- Maintain thorough technical knowledge of HubSpot.
Project Management:
- Work alongside a Digital Project Strategist to ensure smooth progression of client projects.
- Manage client communication within specific tasks.
Industry Leadership:
- Create and share industry-related content (talks, blogs, guides, videos, social media posts) in line with our services and client needs.
- Network and collaborate with peers in the industry.
- Establish yourself as a HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist.
Time Management:
- Monitor and manage your project timelines.
- Self-organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Communication:
- During standard business hours, stay connected with the team and clients through various communication channels, such as Slack, email, texts, calls, and even smoke signals.
Internal Collaboration:
- Participate in regular team meetings.
Marketing and Sales Support:
- Contribute to the company's marketing efforts.
