As a Hubspot CMS Developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our websites. You will work closely with our development teams to implement responsive and visually appealing web solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with design, management, and client to understand the requirements.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and company goals.
- Customize HubSpot modules, templates, and APIs to meet specific business requirements.
- Optimize HubSpot performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and updates, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for HubSpot implementation and integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on CMS/CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM, including proficiency in HubSpot APIs, workflows, custom objects, and integrations.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Developer Certification) preferred.
