We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue operations team, working on data requests, and ensuring high levels of data quality across our internal systems. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for providing data and reports to all levels of the company, including senior management. Education and Experience
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of data hygiene best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SalesIntel or similar data enrichment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and maintain accurate records of companies, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Customize HubSpot dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Implement best practices for data hygiene and ensure data integrity within HubSpot.
- Data Operations: Build customized and segmented contact and company lists for the sales and marketing teams to support various campaigns.
- Enrich existing CRM records using data enrichment tools such as SalesIntel.
- Clean duplicate company and contact records in HubSpot.
- Process incoming leads from various sources, including website, social media, and external events.
- Ensure leads are correctly scored and assigned based on defined criteria.
