Requirements:
- Competences (as defined within the ISM Code) to act in the role of DPA
- Professional Qualification or Certification in HSSEQ-related field
- Recognized DPA and CSO qualifications
- Recognized Incident Investigator qualification
- Strong, clear communication skills, especially regarding maintenance of HSSEQ standards
- Extensive experience of delivering against needs of various statutory external bodies; Class, Flag etc.
- Experience of interfacing with clients and meeting their demands in relation to implementation and management of HSSEQ-specific aspects
Qualification:
- Chief officer rank. Must have sailed on tanker vessel at least for 6 months.
