HSEQA Superintendent-Gas

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that company policy related to Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) issues are effectively implemented and regularly monitored for its compliance.
• To assist in carrying out all the duties as specified for the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.
• To monitor follow up of incident reports from the vessels.
• To carry out training of personnel on board/ ashore on HSE aspects and company policies.
• To carry out Audit of HSEQA system elements as directed by the QA Manager.
• To report system non-conformities and verify that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and found effective.
• To provide shore support for various HSE matters. He/she will also monitor the vessel operations and provides additional information to whoever required.
• To carry out pre purchase inspections as required.
• To prepare, update and maintain company documents for office as well as vessels.
• To carry out audit of the security system as directed by the QA Manager.
• To analyse the ship and shore facility data with regard to Safety, Environment, Security, Audits (internal or external), etc and present the summary of concerned issues to the QA manager.
• To report to CCM in writing any information related to the vessel or crews inability to comply with this ESM and any other marine environmental protection requirements.
