- HR Service Delivery, Invoicing contact
- Gain knowledge of business finance coding to support Invoicing work
- Set up Purchase Orders in PeopleSoft, Financial System
- Receipt against invoicing in Peoplesoft, Financial System
- Research customer inquiries utilizing a variety of resources (PeopleSoft, Knowledge Base, Training Guides, etc.)
- Accountable to HR service delivery performance/satisfaction measures, expectations and standards (qualitative/quantitative)
- May include supporting HR Inquiries through the company HR Case System and Workday.
Essential Job Duties:
- Requires unquestionable customer service skills, organization, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Financial Systems and processes is preferred.
- Limited Knowledge of HR administrative procedures, organization programs, policies, and practices.
- Limited Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, Workday).
- Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist others as needed in a team environment.
Experience:
Minimum Required:
- 0 to 2 years of HR Invoicing or Billing experience and related systems.
- Demonstrated ability to gain knowledge of HR disciplines and processes as well as business operations.
- Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good relationship management skills.
- Familiar with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Freshers with Good Communication and Invoicing/financial accounting knowledge can apply.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications and Licenses:
- Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Work Experience in Invoicing/Finance or HR focus
