Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HRSD IT Service Now Developer at Altezzasys INC. The HRSD IT Service Now Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement HR Service Delivery processes. The HRSD IT Service Now Developer will also perform system integration testing and provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules
• Experience with HRSD implementation , Integration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
• Experience in ServiceNow integration with other HR systems
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
