HRMS - Presales Consultant

Description

We are seeking a HRMS - Presales Consultant with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the job market context of India and the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our HRMS solution to potential clients. This is a highly collaborative role that requires exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Assist in the development of sales proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in HRMS presales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the job market context of India.
• Experience with HRMS solutions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
