Job Title: HRMS Implementation Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRMS Implementation Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in the HR domain, who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in HRMS implementation. While the position includes a training period where compensation is not provided, successful candidates will receive certification and a competitive salary upon completion of training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements, ensuring our HRMS aligns with their business needs.
- Lead the technical aspects of HRMS deployment, including system configuration, integration with existing client systems, and data migration.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the HRMS setup to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
- Provide training and support to clients HR teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and can leverage its full capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the implementation phase or post-deployment, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to provide feedback from clients and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest HR technology trends and advancements to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in HRMS or HRIS implementation, preferably within the MSME sector.
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with databases, SQL, and common web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and engage users effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
