HRIS SME/Process Specialist: HR Shared Services
Shift Timings:
5:30 PM 02:30 AM IST. Willingness to work from the office and stretch when business requires.
Role Brief:
This is an HRIS SME/Process Specialist role, primarily to support our US & Canadian regions.
Job Description:
- Process, maintain, & administer HR transactions & provide support.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments to meet contractual thresholds.
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Offers exceptional customer service and the ability to work professionally and proactively.
- Secure employee's information, ensuring confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for automation in the HR process.
- Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs and requirements.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR & IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and a security protocol in HRIS operations.
What will you bring in
- Proven 6 8 years work experience as HRIS specialist in a relevant HR role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) ERP tools preferably Oracle, Kronos, ServiceNow, etc.
- Experience with MS Office suite (including word, Power Point, and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of US labor legislation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are needed to build effective relationships with Tier2 2 and functional leaders.
- Proven time management, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Flair to connect with people across departments and functions.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Attention to details.
- Working on HRIS projects: collaborating with different teams ( Like functional, finance, IT), taking initiatives, creating MOM, etc.
