- Strategic Process Improvement and Organizational Development.
- Handling employee life cycle
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Grievance and Compliance.
- Creating New HR policies
- Payroll Processing
- Onboarding & Exit of Employees
- Induction, Orientation, and Training
- Releasing offer letters and BGV.
- Must have handled more than 250+ employees.
