We're seeking someone to join our team as a VP- HRBP to effectively partner with BU leadership and the larger Global & local HR function to lead, implement, and advise on the People strategy for the assigned division within the Technology function.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Understand Strategic Business Objectives and collaborate with Business Units to develop people strategies in order to meet the Talent Management needs of assigned Function(s).
- Act as internal consultant to all levels of management in order to resolve complex Human Resources issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management and conflict resolution.
- Independently engage with employees across Business Units to successfully monitor the pulse of employees, pre-empt risks, and put proactive measures to ensure high levels of engagement.
- Review and analyse business data to identify trends and enable better quality decision making.
- Partner and support teams within the HR Division - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Operational Risk,
- Compensation & Benefits to execute on their respective objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Units to drive change management and transformational initiatives. Provide support, guidance, coaching and training to managers.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with global and local stakeholders.
- Strong team player and at the same time takes ownership to conceptualise and drive strategic objectives.
- Should be comfortable with strategic, advisory and transactional kind of interactions and get into details where needed.
- Should be able to optimally work with structures as well as navigate through ambiguity.
- Sound judgement on complex, confidential and sensitive matters.
- Should have relevant knowledge of Labour Laws, Compliance and Regulations.
- Adaptable and creative approach to address issues and solve problem.
