Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies.- Align HR practices with business needs and long-term goals.
Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts.- Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.- Support onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Performance and Compensation:
Advise on performance evaluations, promotions, and salary adjustments.- Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Organizational Development:
Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs.- Drive change management initiatives.
- HR Metrics and Analytics:
Analyze HR data to inform decision-making.- Monitor key metrics related to workforce trends.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Develop and implement engagement initiatives.- Foster a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
