Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.
Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place.
Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.
Team Management experience a mandate
Good exposure to Performance Management.
Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight.
Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.
Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
Lead projects and drive change management.
Rotational day Shift, rotational 2 week offs.
