Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to business units, helping to shape HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This role partners with leadership to implement HR initiatives, improve employee engagement, drive talent development, and enhance workforce productivity. The HRBP is essential in fostering a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering
- Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, understanding business objectives and developing HR strategies to support them.
- Work closely with management to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that reflect business needs and legal compliance.
- Talent Management and Development
- Oversee talent review processes, succession planning, and performance management to identify and retain high-performing employees.
- Facilitate career development discussions and support managers in identifying growth opportunities for their teams.
- Collaborate with L&D to design and implement training programs to enhance skills and career development.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns,1:1, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and work with leadership to implement changes to improve employee satisfaction.
- Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management
- Partner with managers to implement performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and managing performance improvement plans.
- Guide leaders on effective performance feedback and recognition practices.
- Organizational Change Management
- Support organizational changes such as restructuring, workforce planning, and team alignment to ensure smooth transitions.
- Communicate effectively with employees to build understanding and engagement in change initiatives.
- HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Work closely with HR operations to maintain accurate HR records, support payroll processes, and oversee employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to offboarding).
- Provide guidance on HR policies and handle sensitive HR matters confidentially.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize HR data to provide insights and metrics to management on turnover, engagement, performance, and other workforce analytics.
- Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at a given point in time . Also have a working experience in Digital marketing Agency
