We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Group Functions HR team primarily supporting our India based Group Services team.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner Group Functions, you'll coach and advise leadership teams, act as an escalation point to resolve significant and complex issues, and where required, support business leaders to deliver, manage, and sustain change.

About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having
- A HR or business-related qualification
- Demonstrated Business partnering experience within a large, networked organization.
- Ability to define strategy and translate that strategy into executable and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to coach and influence senior leaders though sound communication, negotiation, and consultation skills.
- A comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HR systems, processes, and obligations
- A proven track record in delivering results a can do attitude, willingness to roll your sleeves up and highly organized.
- Experience in organizational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems.
- Experience in shaping and supporting employee culture and initiatives aligned with company values and ways of work.
