Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager for our offices in Mohali and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, with proficiency in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and address any issues that arise.
Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate with various departments to manage HR operations efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR management.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
