As an HRBP Commercial & L&D Lead at Atotech An MKS Brand, you will partner with HR and Commercials team to develop and implement HR strategies to drive sales performance, higher engagement and talent development within the Commercial function as well as develop and execute training and development programs tailored to the needs of Commercial team and the rest of the Organization
In this role, you will report to the Head of Human Resources India.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to develop and implement HR strategies to drive sales performance, higher engagement and talent development within the Commercial function
- Provide guidance on talent management. including recruitment, performance management and succession planning
- Enable local leadership of the assigned line of business / function(s) in India to develop and drive its organization & culture building strategy and mature its organizational design, effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the business growth potential in the region
- Establish the Talent & Organizational Development agenda for the business to invest in and improve Talent Engagement, Pipeline and Retention outcomes
- Develop and execute training and development programs tailored to the needs of Commercial team and the rest of the Organization
- Manage L&D budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Skills You Bring:
- MBA/equivalent in HR with 5 years industry experience is preferred
- Good understanding of HR practices with strong Business acumen
- Demonstrates high level of inter-personal sensitivity, accountability, customer orientation, systems thinking, and change management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with good Stakeholder Engagement
