Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner at BigMint, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce. You will be a key liaison between management and employees, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and spearhead recognition programs
- Own and manage the employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from hire to retire
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and oversee performance management
- Conduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Conduct induction sessions with new employees, familiarizing them with organizational processes and policies
- Collaborate with departments to develop HR policies, programs, and innovative solutions
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to resolve employee issues and conduct objective investigations as needed
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements related to daily employee management
- Supervise all HR activities at the company's various branch offices
Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience and knowledge in managing HR operational activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
