Frendy is seeking a full-time HR & Training Specialist to support the following functions for Retail, Sales & Operations.
Managing all aspects of HR functions related to Sales including Sales coordination and Training
- Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding, Induction, Orientation & Training
- Performance management, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits.
- Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Preferred candidates have experience in Retail & FMCG companies.
The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires an on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
