Job Description

Frendy is seeking a full-time HR & Training Specialist to support the following functions for Retail, Sales & Operations.

Managing all aspects of HR functions related to Sales including Sales coordination and Training

  1. Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding, Induction, Orientation & Training
  2. Performance management, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits.
  3. Compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Preferred candidates have experience in Retail & FMCG companies.

The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires an on-site presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
