Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Training Specialist at Frendy in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for training and development, human resources support, communication, training delivery, and coaching to enhance employee performance.

Qualifications:
MBA HRM or With Equivalent Education in HR

  • Training & Development, Training, and Coaching skills
  • End to End Recruitment of Sales & Store Profiles
  • Sales Coordination & Sales Training
  • Field Visit for Recruitment if required
  • All HR Processes & Function
  • Making Salary ,Incentive Structure, Payroll for Salary disbursement
  • Monthly Sales Meeting Schedule,MOM
  • Each Day TL & POC DSR report submission
  • Human Resources (HR) expertise
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in delivering training programs
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
