Position Overview: The HR Executive for Training, Development & Performance Appraisal plays a crucial role in enhancing employee capabilities through structured training programs and development plans.
Additionally, the role is responsible for managing the performance appraisal system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development
Identification of Training Needs
Preparing Skill Matrix, Competency mapping
Maintaining Training files, Individual Training Records, Collecting feedback form, Attendance Register forms, Effectiveness of training. Arranging for the trainings sessions as per the requirement.
Assessing the impact of training and arranging for the retraining of the employee.
Arranging for trainings as per Annual Training Plan & External Plans.
Co-coordinating & arranging for Unplanned Trainings.
Performance Appraisal
Coordinating performance Appraisal of Both Union and Management Cadre.
Coordinating for Staff annual appraisals.
Periodic performance analysis through task review.
Competency based performance analysis.
Forwarding performance appraisal format to higher management.
Quarterly Performance Review
Annual Performance Review
